2. What is processed

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the fields you submit (name, email address, subject, message) are processed to answer your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contact measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering).

reCAPTCHA v3 (Google)

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. Your use of the form involves Google LLC processing data (including device and interaction data) to assess whether the submission is human. A cookie (_GRECAPTCHA) may be set for up to 6 months. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against spam and abuse). Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Server logs

The hosting provider processes access logs (IP address, time, requested resource, user agent) for security and error analysis. Logs are kept for a maximum of 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

3. Cookies & analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking. The only cookie that may be set is _GRECAPTCHA by Google (see above).

4. Storage & retention

Contact-form messages and their replies are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. Server logs are deleted after 7 days. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
